From the Senior Class Advisors
Starting Wednesday, December 2nd, the senior class is going to hold a food drive. We will be collecting any food items that don't have to be stored, like canned goods. We will have people in the cafeteria to collect any food items and we will have a bin outside in the front of the school where you can drop them off too. Let's try to collect as much food items as possible. All donations will be donated to help the families in our community.

The senior class is selling 16 oz Arundel tumblers until December 1, 2020! Buy your tumbler today to support the senior class. Cups are only $9 and funds go toward senior activities. To order, see below:

HUGE NEWS! AACC will now allow our Honors Entrepreneurship students to take an exam at the end of the course and EARN COLLEGE CREDIT with a passing grade. Please encourage your student to enroll in Honors Entrepreneurship for Spring 2021 or Spring 2022 and ask Mr. Motto about the “Honors Entrepreneurship Proficiency Credit.” firstname.lastname@example.org
From the AACC Transition Advisor
Anne Arundel Community College Information
There are approximately 100 Arundel HS students taking a fall ECAP (Early College Access Program) with AACC. The spring semester starts on January 23 and registration for classes start on November 10. Students who have taken classes at AACC can use their MYAACC account to schedule and pay for courses. Students will need to complete another ECAP application for the spring to receive the 50% tuition reduction. Send the ECAP application to me and I can secure the school signatures and deliver it to AACC. Contact me if you plan on taking another class in the spring.
New ECAP students will need to apply to AACC, set up their MYAACC account, send an ECAP application, register and pay for courses. Each 3-credit class at AACC is approximately $280. FARM students will pay a reduced amount of $100. Contact me if you plan on taking a class in the spring.
In the spring there will be three AACC classes with sections reserved for Arundel HS 11th and 12th grade students. These classes include ACA 100 Student Success Seminar, BPA 111 Introduction to Business and BPA 162 Business Communications. Books will be provided for students. Contact me if you would like to take all, or some of these classes.
If you are currently a senior and considering AACC as a full full-time student after graduation, please contact me. Remember now is a perfect time to apply for federal financial aid through FAFSA.

With the changing of the seasons, you may be purging clothing. Arundel High School has a donation bin for clothing and shoes located in the F Hall parking lot. F Hall parking lot is the first left from 175 when entering the school. The school will receive a commission from the donations. Also, on our Online School payments you can make a monetary donation as well.
As always, all contributions to the Wildcats is greatly appreciated.

Arundel has closed their WINTER OUT-OF-SEASON WORKOUT Registration on FamilyID with the Winter MPSSAA Season being moved to December 7, 2020.
